Internal, across four brands

One status board watching every business

Every automation across four separate businesses reports its last verified outcome to a single board, and a change can be requested in plain English on the same issue.

This one exists because of a single bad day: four separate outages across four businesses, three of which had reported success. The scripts ran, returned zero, and did nothing.

What it checks

Whether the post actually appeared at its destination. How many days remain on every access credential, and separately how long until the authorisation window closes. Whether each queue is deeper than one item. Whether a mail send reached the whole list or only the first batch. And when each automation last genuinely succeeded, measured from outside the system.

Why one board

Four monitoring dashboards is the same as none, because nobody opens four things every morning. There is one board, one row per automation, and a stale row is the only thing that needs attention.

Measured saving

12 hours a month no longer spent on this work.
