We make the work nobody should be doing run itself.

We build automation systems for businesses. Content that publishes on schedule, data that moves between tools on its own, reports that write themselves, and AI agents that supervise all of it. The work still gets done, and your team gets the hours back.

Taking repetitive work off a team gives back the one resource nobody can buy more of: the time to build what comes next.

Every automation comes with a 30-day guarantee. It works, or you get your money back. And your data never leaves your accounts.

What gets automated

Four kinds of work that never need a person again

Most businesses lose the same hours to the same four things. Each one is a solved problem, and each one keeps running once it is built.

01

Publishing

Articles researched, written, fact-checked against real sources, and queued for one-click approval. Social posts built from your own product images and posted to every channel on schedule.

02

Moving data

Orders into spreadsheets, form entries into your CRM, exports reconciled against your own records. The copy and paste between two systems that never talk to each other.

03

Reporting

The weekly numbers pulled, joined, formatted and mailed before you sit down. Built in Python or VBA where the data lives, so nobody has to open five tabs to answer one question.

04

Following up

Sequences that fire on real behaviour rather than a calendar. Reminders, onboarding, review requests, win-backs, all with the exclusions that stop a customer being mailed twice.

The tools you already use, wired into AI

Your store, your inbox, your CRM and your spreadsheets, connected to an AI that can actually act on them rather than just describe them. Every connector is built against the vendor's own API with authentication handled properly, so it keeps working after launch week.

If your tool is not shown here it is almost certainly still reachable. Anything with an API, a webhook, or a scheduled export can be connected, and the audit is where that gets answered before anyone commits to a price.

Watch one run

An enquiry at 9:47 pm, an inspection booked by morning

One real estate lead, start to finish. The AI agent qualifies it, the CRM fills itself in, a personal reply goes out, follow-ups keep going until the buyer books, and the agent gets the full story. Twenty enquiries a week at fifteen minutes each is five hours back.

The whole picture

We can pick it up at any stage

If all you have is the idea, we can build the website, register the domain, set up the hosting and the email, connect the social accounts, run the ads, and automate the parts that would otherwise quietly become somebody's Monday. If you already have all of that, we start from where you are.

Starting from nothing

Everything between an idea and a business that can take an enquiry. Built on your own accounts, in your name, so it is yours from day one.

  • Domain registration
  • Hosting and DNS
  • Email on your own domain
  • Website designed and built
  • Built in Elementor so you can edit it yourself
  • Copywriting
  • Logo and brand basics
  • SSL and security
  • Search Console and Analytics
  • Sitemaps and indexing
  • Privacy and terms pages

Getting found

The part most businesses postpone until it is urgent.

  • Meta ads
  • Google ads
  • Instagram and Facebook set up and linked
  • Posting on schedule
  • Landing pages
  • Newsletters that reach the whole list

Answering customers

Most of what reaches an admin team has been asked before. A bot that knows your business answers those in seconds, at any hour, and passes on only the ones that genuinely need a person. That is time back for the team you already have.

  • Website chat bot trained on your own content
  • WhatsApp Business set up
  • WhatsApp bot for questions and quotes
  • Booking system with calendar sync
  • Automatic reminders and confirmations
  • Enquiries routed to the right person
  • Follow-up sequences
  • Review requests

The work behind the scenes

The recurring jobs nobody is formally responsible for, which is exactly why nobody has ever counted what they cost.

  • PDFs delivered on schedule
  • Invoices and statements from templates
  • Spreadsheets split and sent out
  • Inbox attachments into a shared sheet
  • Orders into your CRM
  • Reconciliation
  • Weekly reports that build themselves
  • Timesheets consolidated
  • Stock and price lists kept in step

And an agent that supervises all of it

Whatever we build, something watches it afterwards. Not a green tick that says the job ran, but a check that the thing actually happened: the post went out, the file landed, the email reached the whole list, the credentials have not quietly expired. One board, one alert, one place to look.

How a build runs

Four steps from the first call to a system that runs without you. Most projects land inside three weeks.

Step 1

Find the hours

A working session where we walk through a normal week and count the repetitive work honestly. You leave with a written list of what can be automated, what it is worth in hours, and what it would cost. That list is yours whether or not we go further.

Step 2

Build the first flow

The highest-value workflow gets built first, end to end, on your own tools and your own accounts. Nothing is locked to a platform you would have to keep renting from us.

Step 3

Watch it under load

The flow runs against real work for two weeks with the agent attached. Every failure in that window gets fixed before the system is signed off, because the ones that appear on day nine are the ones that matter.

Step 4

Hand over, keep watching

You get the documentation, the credentials, and the status board. If you want the agent cover to continue, it becomes a monthly retainer. If you do not, everything still runs and it is all yours.

Your data

Your data never leaves your accounts

We never keep a copy of your business data. Here is how that stays true.

1

Built inside your accounts

The automation runs in your own website, GitHub or Microsoft 365. Nothing of yours is hosted on servers of ours.

2

Your logins, our limited access

You create every password and key. We work through our own named login with only the access the job needs, and you can remove it in one click.

3

Monitoring sees status only

Agent cover checks whether each run worked. It never reads your records, customers or documents.

Getting the hours back is the easy part. Keeping them is the job.

Most automation is handed over and forgotten. Six weeks later a token expires, a feed changes shape, or a run finishes successfully having done nothing at all, and the hours quietly come back.

Every system we build ships with an agent: a second automation whose only job is watching the first one. It checks outcomes rather than exit codes, so a job that finishes cleanly without publishing anything is caught the same day.

What the agent checks
  • Did the post actually publish
  • Did the token expire
  • Is the queue draining
  • Did the run exit 0 and do nothing
  • Is the feed still the shape we parsed
  • Did the email reach the whole list
  • Is the schedule still firing

One status board, one alert, one place to look. When something needs changing you reply in plain English and the fix ships.

One process, then the whole business

Automation compounds. The first flow is the hardest and the smallest.

It starts as one taskThe single job that eats a day a week. One process, mapped and replaced.

It becomes a systemFlows start feeding each other. Publishing knows what the CRM knows, and the reporting writes itself from both.

Then it runs the operationEvery part connected and watched by an agent, so the business keeps working on the days nobody is watching it.

Running right now

Systems already doing the work

Every one of these publishes, posts or reports on its own schedule. Video walkthroughs and live posts sit on each project.

Internal, across four brands

One status board watching every business

Built after four outages in one day, three of which exited zero. It checks outcomes, never exit codes.

How it works

Every project

In their words

What the people we build for say

Three businesses running on systems we built. Their sites are linked, so you can go and look at the work yourself.

I came to Automation Matrix Pro with an idea and nothing else. They built the whole thing from scratch: the website, the look of it, and a system that turns every new YouTube episode into an article and an email without me touching either. When something genuinely needs me, my phone tells me. It gives me back around eight hours a week, and all of it goes back into the podcast.

Juan Founder, Bluffcast bluffcast.com

Our store used to eat the better part of a day every week. Writing the posts, choosing the images, scheduling across Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest, then the newsletter on top of all that. Now it writes itself and waits in a queue for me, with the right product against the right story every time. I approve it in ten minutes and the rest of the day is mine. About seven hours a week back, and the posting has not missed since.

Rick Founder, Thunderclap Ink thunderclapink.com

We receive our data by email, in workbooks with a dozen tabs, and someone used to sit and pull them apart by hand. Automation Matrix Pro built a workflow around exactly how we already work. Every tab is saved as its own file and filed where an auditor can find it, the numbers land in our shared spreadsheet on their own, and on Friday it all comes back as a report with charts and goes out to the whole team. Nobody touches a single step of it. That is six hours a week we were spending on copy and paste.

One core, every department

The same system, working in every part of the business

The core is the part that understands how your business actually runs. Once it exists, pointing it at another department is a build, not a restart.

It starts as one coreYour processes, your tools, your rules, modelled once in a single place.
It opens into departmentsAn agent goes out to each one and works inside the platform that department already uses.
Then it keeps runningWork goes out, results come back, and everything reports to one board you can check in a minute.
