Priced by the hours it gives back
Fixed prices, quoted before the work starts, so nothing arrives as a surprise. Figures are in US dollars because clients are all over the world. Australian clients are invoiced in AUD at the day's rate, plus GST.
Automation audit
You suspect there are hours to recover but want them counted before committing to anything.
$450One off. Credited in full against any build booked within 60 days.
- A working session through a normal week
- Every repeatable process listed and costed in hours
- A written build order, highest value first
- Fixed quotes for each item on it
- Yours to keep and take anywhere
Single workflow
One process that eats a day a week. Built, tested against real work, and handed over running.
from $1,800Fixed on scope. Most single workflows land between $1,800 and $3,200.
- Built on your own accounts and tools
- Two weeks running under supervision before sign-off
- Failure alerting that checks outcomes, not exit codes
- Documentation and credentials handed to you
- 30 days of fixes included after handover
Automation system
Several workflows that feed each other. Publishing, follow-up and reporting running as one system.
from $5,500Scoped from the audit. Typically three to six connected workflows.
- Everything in a single workflow, across the set
- One supervisor watching all of them
- A single status board and one alert channel
- Staged delivery so value lands before the end
- 60 days of fixes included after handover
Anything larger than this is quoted from the audit. If a project turns out to be smaller than expected once we look at it properly, the quote comes down. That has happened, and it is the reason the audit exists.
Supervision, monthly
Automation rots. Tokens expire, feeds change shape, platforms move endpoints. Supervision keeps the watcher running, fixes the breaks, and adjusts the flows as your business changes.
- Continuous outcome monitoring
- Same-day fixes for breakages
- Monthly report on what ran
- Small changes included
- Cancel any month
from $390per month, in US dollars. Scales with the number of live workflows.
The questions that come up first
Do I have to keep paying you to keep it running?
No. Everything is built on your accounts, and at handover the credentials and documentation are yours. The monthly supervision is optional. It exists because unattended automation fails silently, not because the system stops without it.
What if my tools are not the usual ones?
Most tools can be reached one way or another: an API, a webhook, a scheduled export, or in the worst case a script driving the interface. The audit is where we find out which, before either of us commits to a price.
You are in Australia and I am not. Does that matter?
Not for the work. Calls are scheduled in your timezone, and everything is delivered remotely. It matters for tax only: Australian clients pay GST, everyone else does not.
How long does a build take?
A single workflow is usually two to three weeks, of which two are the supervised run against real work. A full system is four to eight. The slow part is never the building, it is watching it long enough to trust it.
Start with the audit if you are not sure
It is credited back against any build, so the only thing it costs you is the hour.
