You get 100% of the build price back, we remove the automation from your accounts, and that is the end of it. No partial refunds, no arguments.
To keep it fair for both sides, the guarantee does not cover changes made on your side after go-live, a third-party platform changing or going down, new requests beyond the agreed scope, or running costs you pay directly to a platform. Our access has to stay in place during the 30 days so we can fix things. Websites are not covered, since there is no simple yes or no on whether a site "works". The full wording is in our terms.

Invoiced in Australian or US dollars, whichever suits you. Builds are paid in full before work starts. That is what lets us offer a real money-back guarantee instead of a vague promise. Agent cover is billed monthly and you can cancel any month.

The questions that come up first
Do I have to keep paying you to keep it running?
No. Everything is built on your accounts, and once the 30-day guarantee window closes the code, credentials and documentation are yours for good. The monthly agent cover is optional. It exists because unattended automation fails silently, not because the system stops without it.
What if my tools are not the usual ones?
Most tools can be reached one way or another: an API, a webhook, a scheduled export, or in the worst case a script driving the interface. The audit is where we find out which, before either of us commits to a price.
Do we need to be in the same country?
No. Everything is delivered remotely and calls are scheduled in your timezone, so the working day lines up with yours rather than ours. The only thing location changes is tax: where local taxes apply they are added to the invoice, and the quote shows the final figure before you commit.
How long does a build take?
A single workflow is usually two to three weeks, of which two are the agent-watched run against real work. A full system is four to eight. The slow part is never the building, it is watching it long enough to trust it.
Do you keep a copy of our data?
