Terms

In short: we quote a fixed price before we start, you pay it up front, every automation build is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, and you own everything we build once that window closes. These terms apply to work we do for you unless a written quote says something different, in which case the quote wins.

Who we are

Automation Matrix Pro is a registered business name of Rafael Ricardo Gomez Gomez, trading as a sole trader, ABN 46 767 621 129. That is the entity behind every quote, invoice and contract on this site.

Quotes and prices

Prices on this site are starting points. The real number comes from a written quote against a defined scope, and it is fixed. If the work turns out to be smaller than we thought once we look properly, the quote comes down. If you ask for something outside the agreed scope, we quote that separately before doing it rather than adding it to an invoice afterwards.

Prices are quoted in Australian dollars or US dollars, whichever you prefer, and the currency is stated on the quote and the invoice. We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged and our invoices are not tax invoices. If that changes we will say so before it affects a quote. Where any other local taxes apply they are added, and the quote shows the final figure before you commit.

Paying

Builds are invoiced in full before work starts, and work begins once the invoice is paid. We do not split builds into instalments. Monthly agent cover is invoiced monthly in advance and can be cancelled any month, with no notice period and no minimum term. Payment is accepted by card, PayPal, stablecoin or other crypto, and bank transfer.

The audit is paid up front and is credited in full against any build booked within sixty days.

Our 30-day guarantee

Every automation build is guaranteed: single workflows, automation systems, and customer bots (website chat, WhatsApp and booking). If it does not work as agreed, we fix it, and if we cannot fix it you get your money back. This is how it works.

What “works” means. Before you pay, we agree a written scope for the job: what starts the automation, what it does, and what it produces. The guarantee is measured against that scope and nothing else. Each run is recorded, so both of us can see what it actually did.

The window. The guarantee lasts 30 days from go-live, the day the automation starts running on your real work.

Making a claim. Tell us in writing, by email, inside the 30 days, what it is not doing that the scope says it should. We then have 14 days to fix it at no cost. If the fix lands, the claim is closed.

The refund. If we cannot make it work as agreed within those 14 days, we refund 100% of the build price, back to the payment method you used. We then remove the automation from your accounts, you confirm it has been removed, and your right to use it ends. If the automation is kept running after a refund, that is use of work that has not been paid for, and we will invoice the full build price for it.

What the guarantee does not cover.

  • Anything changed on your side after go-live, by you, your team or another contractor. That includes editing the automation, changing or renaming a form, sheet or field it relies on, changing passwords or permissions it uses, or cancelling a subscription it runs on. We will still help put it right, quoted as separate work or covered by agent cover.
  • A third-party platform changing how it works, going down, limiting or suspending your account, or changing its prices.
  • New requests or features beyond the agreed scope. Wanting it to do more is not the same as it not working.
  • Running costs you pay directly to a platform, such as subscriptions, message fees or AI usage.
  • Websites and the website parts of a Business from scratch package, and the audit, which is credited against a build instead.

Keeping access. During the 30 days we need the access we built with, so we can fix anything that comes up. If our access is removed or blocked before the window closes, the guarantee ends that day.

Disputes. Please use this process rather than a card chargeback or payment dispute. A chargeback raised without first making a claim here ends the guarantee, and we will provide the signed scope and the run records to the payment provider.

This guarantee is on top of your rights under Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer law that applies to you. It does not replace or reduce them.

Who owns what

You do, once the work is paid for and the guarantee window has closed. Everything we build is built on your own accounts, in your name. From go-live you can use it fully. When the 30 days end without a refund, or a claim is closed with a fix, the code, documentation and credentials become yours outright, to keep, change, or hand to somebody else. Nothing is locked to a platform you have to keep renting from us, and cancelling agent cover does not stop anything running.

Domains, hosting and accounts we register for you are in your name from the first day, whatever happens.

We keep the right to describe the kind of work we did in general terms. We will not name you, show your data, or identify your business without written permission.

Your data

We do not keep a copy of your business data. Everything we build runs inside accounts you own, and it works on your data where it already sits.

  • You create every account and every credential, in your own name. We never buy accounts for you or hold a paid key in our name.
  • We work through our own named login with the least access the job needs, never a shared password. You can remove it at any time without asking us.
  • Passwords and keys are never sent by email, chat or file. Any credential we handle during a build goes through a password manager and our copy is deleted at handover.
  • Agent cover reads status only: whether each run worked, and when. It does not read or store your records, customers or documents.
  • Where an automation uses AI, the data it works on goes from your account to that AI provider, under your own key and the provider’s data terms, and not through us.
  • At handover we give you a written statement of what access we kept and what we removed. Without agent cover, our access is removed that day.

What you need to provide

Access to the accounts and systems the work touches, and someone who can answer questions and approve things. If that access does not arrive, timelines move, which is the only thing that reliably delays a build.

Timelines

Estimates are given honestly and are not guarantees. A single workflow is usually two to three weeks. If something is going to be late you will hear it from us before the deadline, not after.

After handover

For the first 30 days after go-live the guarantee above applies. Automation systems then carry fixes for a further thirty days, sixty in total. Fixes cover anything that does not work as agreed. It does not cover new features, or changes needed because a third party you use changed how their service works, though agent cover exists precisely for that.

Things outside our control

We build on third party platforms. If one of them changes its rules, its pricing, its interface, or shuts down, we will tell you promptly and quote the work to adapt. We cannot be responsible for a platform’s own decisions, outages or account actions.

Liability

Our liability for any piece of work is limited to what you paid us for that work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit or lost data, which is why every system we build is designed so its output can be checked and, where it matters, approved by a person before it goes anywhere.

Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Stopping

You can stop a build before go-live. We refund the part of the price for work not yet done, and the work already done becomes yours once it is paid for. We can decline or stop work too, and if we do, we refund anything paid for work not yet done. Neither of us has to give a reason.
